We offer several booth sizes. The smallest booth size is at 9sqm and the largest at 483sqm. More information on the booth size and T&Cs can be found upon receiving the booth booking forms.

All exhibitors will be given a generic log-in to the Travel Fair E-Manual. Detailed information and guidelines on the travel fair can be found in the E-Manual.

All Applicants are required to attend the Professional Tour Leading Course (PTL) conducted by Tourism Management Institute of Singapore (TMIS). However, it is not compulsory to join the NATAS Tour Leader Registry upon completion of the PTL course at TMIS
All applicants are required to submit the following:
1. Application / Renewal Form (available via online registration and via walk-in)
2. An original company letter from a NATAS Travel Agency Member stating your employment status with them. (If you are currently a freelancer or a fresh graduate, you may omit this.)
3. A photocopy of your Professional Tour Leading Certificate (PTL) from TMIS
4. A recent passport photograph (professionally taken i.e. against a white plain background) for your badge. Digital copy (JPG image) is preferred.
5. Payment of S$100.00 (inclusive of GST) for 2 year registration
The NATAS Tour Leader Registry is not a license. It is a badge specifically for recognising the tour leader for registering with NATAS.

Signing of Memorandum of Undertaking (MOU) is mandatory for travel agents who wish to handle inbound tourists coming from China.
