10th NATAS General Membership Meeting (GMM) – 11th March 2025

The 10th NATAS General Membership Meeting took place at Chui Hui Lim Club, focusing on F&B, airlines, payment, cyber technology and AI technology.

The 5 presenters featured were JUMBO Group of Restaurants, China Airlines Singapore Branch Office (GSA), Grab, Utimaco and Kai.

JUMBO Group of Restaurants

JUMBO Group started in 1987 with JUMBO Seafood, a Singapore-style seafood restaurant, famous for its chilli and black pepper crabs. The company has evolved over the years and now offers diverse Asian dining experiences. Jumbo Group shared with the agents their new Jumbo Partnership Program.

China Airlines Singapore Branch Office (GSA)

China Airlines is Taiwan’s largest airline, headquartered in Taiwan. Founded in 1959, it operates a modern fleet serving over 100 destinations worldwide. Agents were introduced to their products and services including destinations, fleet type and onboard dining.

Grab

Grab presented to our members their payment services including Grab PayLater, making transactions more convenient and flexible.

Utimaco

Utimaco is a global platform provider of trusted Cybersecurity and Compliance solutions and services. Together with Frontier Force Technology and WatchGuard Technologies, they shared insights with our members on data protection, PDPA, and cybersecurity essentials for tour agencies.

Kai

Kai makes travel reservations smoother with AI, automating 90% of inquiries with natural, human-like responses. It operates 24/7 in 50+ languages, integrating seamlessly into WhatsApp, Email, and websites to maximize bookings.

The session concluded with a networking lunch by JUMBO Catering.
