Attended by more than 60 NATAS members and conducted by Executive Coach of Service Works, Mr. KT Low, the latest NATAS breakfast talk held at the M Hotel, focused on “employee engagement and retention in today's volatile and uncertain environment for tour and travel services”.

 

Mr. Low discussed how in today's volatile and uncertain environment, most companies face considerable challenges in keeping their workforce engaged, positive and productive. It is now even more mission-critical to ensure that employees remain focused, committed and to take the right actions to help their organizations succeed.

 

He also provided insights on the fast-changing drivers of employee engagement and their impact on organization's financial performance. The session provided practical advice to travel agency's owners and managers seeking to prioritize their practices in order to maximize engagement and financial results as well as planning for the anticipated recovery.
