Product Familiarization Tour - MBS Artscience Museum (Titanic/Dali Exhibits)
28/10/2011

An iconic presence along the Marina Bay waterfront, ArtScience Museum is a living, breathing embodiment of the ArtScience theme. Surrounded by a 40,000-square foot lily pond reflecting pool, the museum floats over a dynamic new urban terrace with commanding views of Singapore and Marina Bay Sands. The museum features 21 gallery spaces totaling more than 50,000 square feet, of which there are 10 ‘fingers’ – unique gallery spaces with natural lighting from the fingertips illuminating the sculptural interior wall forms.

Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition

For the first time in Southeast Asia, the RMS Titanic exhibition, now at the Marina Bay Sands Artscience Museum in Singapore, will be open to the public. The exhibition features 275 artifacts, 14 of which have never seen before, spread across thematic sections such as the Construction Gallery, the Grand Staircase, the Iceberg Gallery and more.

Dalí: Mind of a Genius

This exhibition displays over 250 artworks of Salvador Dalí, one of the 20th century’s best-known artists. This is the first time ever that such a large number of his masterpieces are shown within a single venue in Singapore. Highlights of this grand exhibition, spreading across multiple gallery spaces, include bronze sculptures, rare graphics, furniture, gold jewellery and crystal pieces in 3 themed areas – ‘Femininity and Sensuality’, ‘Religion and Mythology’ & ‘Dreams and Fantasy’
