Blue Ocean Strategy ( BOS ) is the ideal approach for business owners to rethink business and generate actionable initiatives and tactics to grow profitably. BOS focuses on creating uncontested market space, with strategies that make competition irrelevant. It enables enterprises to embed an innovative culture throughout the organization, so innovation becomes the way of life.

 

Held on 22 April 2010 at Furama City Centre, the breakfast talk covered the key principles of BOS . Using case examples to illustrate the application, attendees were challenged to think differently about strategy and innovation. Through demonstrations, companies were shown how to use a comprehensive and practical toolkit comprising frameworks, templates and processes. Designed for use by line executives and practitioners, the toolkit can be applied to real-world examples and travel industry issues.
